Delete your app account
Request deletion of your DreamPets iOS or Android account and its associated data. You can make a request here even if you no longer have the app.
In the app
- Open DreamPets and go to Settings.
- Open Account settings, choose Delete account, and confirm. If you cannot complete deletion in the app, use the email request below.
When your deletion request is completed, we remove your profile, pet profiles, uploaded photos and videos, drafts, creations, diaries, comments and replies, and stop future generation and deliveries. File cleanup is processed in the background. If you use the app without signing in or cannot access your account, contact us below.
Deleting the app or your account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Manage your subscription in your device’s App Store or Google Play settings.
Request account and data deletion
Email contact@dreampets.ai with the subject “DreamPets mobile app account and data deletion”, or prepare an email below.
Include your app sign-in email or account ID, if available, and whether you use iOS or Android. For a guest account, describe your profile so we can help locate it. Never send your password, verification codes or payment card details.
What to include in your request
Account deletion also removes support records linked to your account. Session recordings and analytics data may require a separate request using the contact details above. You can also request deletion of specific data while keeping your account.
Purchase, subscription and refund records are kept for transaction verification and reconciliation, with account-identifying details removed. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you. Ask us to confirm deletion and the purpose and retention period of any retained records. Files you saved to your device or shared elsewhere must be removed separately.
