Collecting and Using Your Personal Data
Types of Data Collected
We collect information that you provide directly to us (data that you provide to us) and also through your use of the Service (data we collect when you use our Service).
Personal Data
While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:
Email address
First name and last name
Phone number
Usage Data
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
Usage Data may include information such as Your Device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
We may also collect information that Your browser sends whenever You visit our Service or when You access the Service by or through a mobile device.
Pet photos and AI creations
When you add a photo of your pet, on the website or in ChatGPT, we upload it to our servers to make the creations you ask for, such as videos, portraits and the other content in DreamPets. To do this, the photo is processed by AI systems that run on our servers and on servers of Service Providers working on our behalf.
We don't publish your photos or creations, and DreamPets has no public gallery of other users' work. Your creations are only seen by others when you share them.
Ordering a print
When you order a canvas or ornament on our print page, we send the one picture you chose for that order, together with your name, shipping address and email, to our print partner Printful. Printful uses them only to make and ship that order. Payment is handled by Stripe, so we don't see your card details. We don't send Printful your account, your pet photos or any of your other creations.
Using DreamPets on our website
On dreampets.ai you may be able to make your first video without signing in. That video is kept in an anonymous account tied to your browser, and we use your IP address to limit free use. To make more, or to download or share, you sign in with Google. Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us, which we use to create and identify your account; anything you made before signing in moves to that account. If you use the same Google account in the DreamPets app, your account and subscription status are shared between the app and the website.
Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, for example which pages are viewed and whether a creation succeeds. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
The website doesn't show ads. If you subscribe on the website, the payment is handled by Stripe, so we don't see your card details. Subscriptions bought in the DreamPets app go through the App Store or Google Play and are covered by the app's Privacy Policy.
Using DreamPets in ChatGPT
When you use DreamPets inside ChatGPT, ChatGPT sends us the pet photo you share and an anonymous ID that ChatGPT creates for you. We don't receive your name, email address or your chats. We use the photo only to make the dance video you ask for and show it to you in ChatGPT. These photos and videos are kept like the other pet photos and creations described in this policy.
We store the anonymous ID only in scrambled (hashed) form, together with the dances you made, whether they finished and which links you opened. We use this to apply the daily limit and to understand how the feature is used, and we keep it for 13 months. To have a photo or video you made in ChatGPT deleted, email contact@dreampets.ai with the video link.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. How long we keep your photos and creations
We keep your creations in your account for as long as your account exists, so you can come back to them. We also keep the pet photos you upload, so you can make more creations from them. When you delete your account, we stop any creations in progress and delete the pets, photos and creations that belong to your account. Deletion runs in the background and may take some time to finish. Copies may remain in system logs and backups, and with the Service Providers listed in this policy, under their own retention rules.
We keep records of purchases after an account is deleted, with your personal details removed, where we need them for accounting and legal reasons. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play, and it doesn't remove copies you've already saved to your device or shared with others.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from Your jurisdiction.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.
The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of Your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of Your data and other personal information.
