Questions about custom pet portraits
How much does a custom pet portrait cost?
Making the portrait is free on the web, 3 a day. A 12×16 in canvas is $59 and a ceramic ornament is $24, with free shipping in the US.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Order by December 6 to get it before Christmas in the US. After that, orders arrive after Christmas.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. Prints ship only within the US. Anywhere else, you can download the portrait for free, with no watermark.
Does it look like my pet?
Every portrait starts from your pet's own photo. Results can vary, so you can make another before you order. A clear, well-lit photo helps most.
What if it arrives damaged?
If it arrives damaged or misprinted, send us a photo within 30 days and we'll reprint it or refund you.
